FREE Roboform Online beta - Any good, what do you think?

I use Roboform an automated formfiller a lot, as it saves all my logons and passwords for me. I've always thought of it as being safer using this, as I'm not typing them in all the time, and it has a good password generator.
But it looks like Roboform is now offering an FREE online version as well, which will sync all passwords and can be used on multiple pcs. You get free back up, can access your passwords from other pcs, and get to download GoodSync for free.
I am tempted, but just want to see what you all think about the pros and cons of storing our passwords online, they do say that its all encrypted with our master password.

It will be a cold day in hell before I start storing my passwords online.
Really, storing them electronically is bad enough but online... out of your control.... where a single password can unlock all my other passwords...0
