I too sent an order in November 2009, this was my birthday present from my children. The perfume has still not arrived, I have e mailed the site and they replied by saying 'confirmed', whatever that was supposed to mean. My last e mail got no reply.

Unfortunately I read the forum too late!!

Ok, heres my story.

I ordered perfume for my sisters bday on the mid Nov, I cancelled the order mid-late december as they hadn't delivered it. They said i would get a refund by Jan, but guess what that didn't happen!! In february I contacted the VERY useless 'Consumer Direct' - who said "send a letter", I did & got no reply. Sent another - No reply, Sent another (recorded delivery) - No reply!!!

If any one from dreamstorage ever see's this, know that I am going to hunt you down and drop kick you in the face you bunch of F'ing C's!! then im going to post a video on youtube of me doing this, which will of course get top ratings :rotfl:!!!

:mad: This message only covers the top of my hatred for you bunch of Scum Sucking, Fly infected, donkey loving, Cabbage pushing, moldy cheese faced....(breath)....unjustifiable, soulless, rip-off perfume loving, snot covered, tape worm twin of a grossly deformed ankle lover.

To be honest that has made me feel completely better!! May dreamstorage LTD liquidate into a small microscopic nothingness. God-bless all of you other victims!

Same here, lost over £80 to this scumbag.
No reply to my order placed and paid in November 2009.
Consumer Direct advise sending a couple of recorded letters to his address, which ive done but whats the point, he's not going to respond to a small claims court.
Pity someone can't close his website and his rip-off business down.
