  • They might, but if they did you could use them as an extra-delicious crumble topping :D:D:D
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

so what do you reckon when they defrost? Will they fall apart?

That is if you let them defrost first before eating them  :rotfl:

Mine have never fallen apart when defrosted.

I have just defrosted some cooked flapjacks and they taste great, just as good as when I made them and they didn't crumble at all.
  • Hi there :)
Do you mean my flapjacks - there is a Thriftylady too and I don't know whether she is a flapjacker or not ?

Anyway, if they're my recipe then yes you can definitely freeze them. They don't fall apart, and you can eat them from frozen ! They are a bit cold but I never let that worry me :D

We have made quite a few flap jacks which are lovely. I was wondering if anyone knows how long they keep and if you can freeze them (thought it would be nice to pop the odd one in my girls school lunch boxes every so often).

    Thanks for any replies.
  • yes, you can freeze almost anything baked, as long as it isn't iced.
