Ulster Bank Pathway Savings Account Disappeared?!

Hi all
I signed up for a Pathway Savings account a couple of weeks ago, and am just finalising the online activation part etc, but it's since disappeared from their website and also from here. I can't even check what rate I'd now be getting. Does anyone have any info on this account? (previously it was 3.35% incl. 0.75% 6-month bonus)

It's 3.6% - that's what I got for Jan opening. Now decreased as you say

Here's the rates from Google's cached version of the page dated 30th January 2010

Pathway - 2.97% AER/3.35% Gross variable (including six month introductory bonus of 0.75% for accounts opened on/after 21st December 2009)

3.10% AER/3.60% Gross variable (including six month introductory bonus of 1.00% for accounts opened prior to 21st December 2009)

2.60% AER/Gross variable excluding the six month introductory bonus.

Strangely and unhelpfully their web site does not seem to have an option to view rates on closed accounts, which is pretty poor (or maybe I just can't find it).

Asking the bank is the obvious next step, particularly as they offer freephone numbers.

The base rate was however stated as variable. Hence, there's no saying it has still been held at 2.6% :think:

Thanks Reaper, I thought about checking the google cache, but thought it would have been refreshed since January! Thanks for slacking google :P

www dot ulsterbank dot co dot uk /documents /ni /savings_accounts_summary.pdf is the link for account summaries, which Stompa provides, via another post. [Apologies, I cannot link as I'm a "newbie"]. Good think is they do say that the document is correct as of 8th-Feb-10. Whether this will get swiftly updated should the rate of the (now closed) Pathway Account drop, is another thing.
