Was expecting interest on my Guaranteed Income Bond today, and when it didn't appear this morning, I rang them to be told that there's been a problem with their BACS transfers which has caused a 1-day delay. Here's hoping that the money turns up tomorrow morning!
I wonder if they'll "compensate" us with an inflated interest rate for the month, the way they did for customers affected by the glitch earlier this month.0
