i received this email:

can anyone tell me who do i contact as i don't have a paypal a/c
what happened was i bought an item of ebay but it was faulty so i returned it to the seller beacuse it took so long to return the seller credited my a/c with 50% of the cost that went through ok when they received the item they credited my a/c with the remaining 50% this is what the email relats to
hoping someone can help me.

Sounds like they've tried to make a payment instead of clicking refund?My TV is broken!
