Wont refund charges?

I asked Fashionworld (A catalogue) to refund the admin fees of which there is about £200 worth, they have declinded, what do I do now?

    Why should they? :confused: Yes you can get unfair credit card charges refunded but I'm not aware of a ruling regarding catalogues....

    Well I may be wrong - but what grounds have you reclaimed them as being unfair on?

    There has been no ruling with regards to credit card charges either.

    To clarify are these fees for non payment? :o

    If you go over to the reclaiming bank charges board there's omeone asking the same type of thing re catalogues.

    I'm sure Edinburghlass has also said in the past that you can reclaim these admin fees.

    I got mine back from Studio and Littlewoods catalogue. Of course they say no at first, you just have to go through the steps as listed in the reclaiming forum.
