When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

For the less charitably inclined just thought I'd mention its well worth shopping around the various places offering you cash for your old mobiles.

OH upgraded their battered old Motorola Z10 with a well worn out battery that lasted less than a day.

    Here were the offers-

    Mazuma Mobile: £7.50
    http://www.mazumamobile.com/

    Envirophone: £6.93
    http://www.envirofone.com

    Metro: £11.39
    http://www.metrorecycles.com/

Cex: £31.00 (cash - worst working condition category)
    www.cex.co.uk

    Guess who got it :p

yup, with none of the linked sites looking vaguely official or mirroring of the appeal on any official site possibly a bit dodgy.... I'd get the best deal you can and give to a reputable charity directly (if you can find one :p).
