    Hi all, here's my meal plan this week, in no particular order except the pie that has to be made and eaten tomorrow:

    'Sunday Roast' pie (i.e. the seconds that didn't get eaten :o)
    HM Chicken Curry
    HM Shepherd's Pie
    HM Bolognaie
    Pitta Pizza & Chips
    Steak /Fish Fingers & Chips

    Dinner out at friends next Saturday

  • Hi all, here's mine:

    -Mon - roast chicken, roast pots,veg
    -Tues - chicken based pasta bake (rubber chicken from Mon)
    -Wed - pizza 'n' chips
    -Thurs - steak pie, chips, peas
    -Fri - salmon with dill sauce, pots, sweetcorn
    -Sat -hoi sin beef with rice
    -Sun - tuna pasta bake

    Still trying to use up all fridge/freezer/storecupboard contents so I can fill them with nice things for christmas :D

    Hi everyone

    I'm a little disorganised this week because we were family visiting all weekend and only got back last night but here is my plan for the week

    Mon Gammon and egg
    Tues OH out at xmas do so probably soup or beans on toast
    Wed Steak pie, carrots and potatoes
    Thurs Veg chilli and garlic bread
    Fri Sweet and sour chicken and rice
    Sat Away
    Sun Away

    I really must shop some time this week because we are away all weekend and then we collect DS2 from uni on the way back (and then DS1 arrives on Tues eve) I seem to have loads of xmas food now but not a lot of normal food .
    Anyway, better get on

  • Oh dear oh dear oh dear. My plans have changed again!:o:o :rotfl::rotfl:

    Tonight boiled bacon mash and cabbage
    Tu-creamy leek, bacon and mushroom tagliatelli
    W-starter=squid, butternut squash thai red curry and rice
    Th-roasted tomato and mozzarella pasta bake with salad
    Fr-Mediterranean seabass, roasted peppers, stuffed with tomatoes and basil, rosemary roasted potatoes

    Really late this week...been so busy over the weekend!

    This week we have had/are having:

    Thurs: Chicken Fried Rice (using left over chicken from Wed Roast)
    Fri: Takeaway (baking for fundraiser and can't be bothered to cook!)
    Sat: Ended up eating out - went to a party!
    Sun: Eat at OH's parent (tried out new cooker we bought for his mum!)
    Mon: HM Spag Bol (from freezer)
    Tues: Chicken & Prawn Stirfry
    Wed: Beef Stew

  • This week is a bit hit and miss.

    Monday: Steak, dauphinoise potatoes (M&S offer) and bearnaise sauce (store cupboard)
    Tuesday: Lamb shanks in crock pot with cannellini beans and tomato
    Wednesday - I am out for drinks, so whatever DH can find!!
    Thursday - Macaroni cheese with bacon and lots of veggies
    Friday - Probably chicken kiev and HM potato wedges
    Sat - haven't a clue yet but have plenty of bits
    Sun - roast of some sort
