    No dispatch email here yet :(

    I ordered around 8.30am on the day and got a delivery date of the 8th. Only a small order too so I'm keeping my fingers.

    3 of my orders have been loaded on to the delivery van , so am guessing i will get them today :j
    just one left which is saying to be despatched soon :Dand no prices changes and one order has the festive fizz in it

    i dont understand how m&s work out their estimated dates.

    i ordered at bout 8:15am and my email says 11th.

    i have only ordered 6 things which are all alcohol gifts.:confused:

    My 2nd order was by Amex and I had to call M&S yesterday to change the payment method, as I received an email from them saying the card wasn't working. Apparently there has been some problem between M&S and Amex.
    I knew if I changed it online it would charge me more, so I tried to do it by phone. It was a really funny conversation, but the guy did change it to another card for me, and told me I would still only be charged £3.50

    However half of that order has now disappeared, although they haven't emailed me. The good thing is the total still shows £3.50, so maybe I stand a chance of getting the few bits left on it (whiskey sets, and after dinner selection)
