What happens when Beneficial Fianance card ends?

Hi
Beneficial Finance credit card scheme ends at end of December - still have a couple of hundred to pay off which will do with usual monthly payments. After it's all paid off will the card and its available credit (I had quite a high limit but never used most of it) disappear automatically from my credit file?
