After you have filled in the form, you will get a page saying thank you for your entry. At the very top in bright red letters is the survey.
EDIT: It ends on 30/11, all about news in the newspapers/radio and internet, takes about 5 mins, and wasn't particular riveting We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0 -
