The Christmas Giveaway Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Christmas Giveaway Free Prize Draw to win £250 in cash which runs from Saturday 21st November to Sunday 22nd November 2009. sit-up Ltd reserves the right to end this promotion before the specified end time and date for any reason should we deem this necessary.
Everyone who visits www.bid.tv and signs up via The Christmas Giveaway Free Prize Draw competition page is entered in to the draw to win £250 in cash.
Only one entry per person permitted.
No purchase is necessary.
The full information requested for your name, address, valid email address and telephone number must be fully completed to qualify for entry into the draw.
Email addresses identified as temporary email addresses will be disqualified from entry.
Entrants must be able to validate the address they provide if requested with a utility bill, passport or driving license if requested.
sit-up channels reserves the right to disqualify any entrants who we deem have not complied fully with these terms and conditions.
There is no other method of entry.
The prize money will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of the end of the promotion period which ends at 00.00 on the 22nd November 2009.
sit-up Ltd reserves the right to replace any prize with one of equal value should we deem this necessary for any reason.
sit-up Ltd. does not accept any liability for prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or otherwise not validly received by you. It is the prize winner's liability and responsibility.
The prize money will be sent to the winner in the form of a company cheque to the name provided for entry to the competition.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by 11.59pm, 22nd November.
The draw will take place by Friday 27th November.
The winner will be informed within 14 days of the draw date.

All entrants must be UK resident, aged 18+.
The winners may be required to become involved in future publicity and photographs of the winners may be used in the press. Copyright of publicity will belong to sit-up Ltd.
There is no fee payable to you in respect of your involvement in the draw.
The Free Prize Draw promoter is sit-up Ltd., 179-181 The Vale, London W3 7RW.
sit-up Ltd's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Employees of sit-up Ltd and their immediate family members, associated agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.
You agree you will not by any act or omission do anything, which might bring sit-up Ltd or its channels into disrepute.
sit-up Ltd reserves the right to request proof of identity and address in the form of your passport or driving licence, and proof of your address in the form of a utility bill. sit-up Ltd may also carry out an interview in order to validate such claims. Interviews may be by telephone or in person with you and may be recorded. If you refuse to provide any of these details or participate in or answer all questions raised in such an interview without good reason then your place in the draw will be treated as invalidated and the Prize may be withdrawn.

It's probably worth changing the end date to the 23rd as otherwise it will get moved to GO before it's actually finished
