Hi there again I foned them today and Jo Goodwin said that the senior managers are meeting up later this week with FOS about something and after the meeting we will get an answer,still none the wiser what the hell is going on though.

where did u here that they were going into receivership as i am concerned due to a claim they have put on hold.

Hi All. I was originally offered £3200 for misselling of my PPI by Central Capital, i wrote back and said i wanted £6270 as that was closer and within reason to the £9000 i paid out of the original PPI minus the period i had the PPI. They accepted but then informed me the claim was on hold pending a meeting with the FSO. After speaking with the FSO and then CC i gave establishing the facts that their offer was legally binding and the meeting was irrelavant to my claim, i gave it 1 week after the meeting and got conformation they will be paying out immediately. 23rd December was my Christams Day as the funds hit my account .... result, Thanks Martin and Co.0
