Blocking bidders with no or little feedback?

How do i set it up to block bidders with no or little feedback. If this is done now will it effect a bidder(no feedback) who has already bid on one of my items.

You can't. You can block buyers with overall negayive feedback but since buyers can't get negs that doesn't help at all.
The only thing you can do is block buyers who do not have a card registered with ebay and who have less than 5 feedback, but if they do have a card then anyone can bid.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
