Can you use other people's tesco vouchers? Aren't they linked to your clubcard?

It is part of a clear conspiracy by the inner workings of British banking to cause you upset and risk a massive fraud on your account. It is a deliberate act and we should all be on our guard.

Either that or someone made a mistake. Bank staff are, believe it or not, human, often under pressure and generally speaking low paid.

Yeah, you have to scan your clubcard or they won't let you use the vouchers

    but then again....no proof!

Can you explain why you haven't followed your bank's complaints process and escalated to the financial ombudsman service?

Coming on here and complaining is all very well but if you are having continual difficulty and haven't kicked up a stink why are you still banking with them?
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)
