Either that or someone made a mistake. Bank staff are, believe it or not, human, often under pressure and generally speaking low paid.

We had a shared mailbox with around 10 other households, one of which was a drug dealer and another which had been suspected of stealing mail before, especially tescos vouchers :S
but then again....no proof!
Can you explain why you haven't followed your bank's complaints process and escalated to the financial ombudsman service?
Coming on here and complaining is all very well but if you are having continual difficulty and haven't kicked up a stink why are you still banking with them?I'm not cynical I'm realistic
