hi

i am not a new user
have been a member here for couple of years
had to create a new name because

tried to login in with old name and password but it says name and password is wrong
that happened 4 times
tried to request password and user name reminder and i get told my email address is not known

i can get in on new name in internet explorer but not aol
cant get in on either with old name

have tried to send an email to the powers that be but i only get an automated response

please can someone help me

    I'm having same prob,(have been a member for years) have tried to re register several times and get the "failed login"message.
    have managed to sign in using IE.
    Have tried to contact but get the automated email which is useless.
    I wonder if it is somthing to do with AOL?
    If this carries on prob have a lot of newbies signing up lol:rotfl:

    I had to log in 3 times just now ...... it only worked when I clicked the remember me button .... this was in Firefox :undecided Oh, PS I didn't get an error messages, it just didn't log me in :confused:

    Nope, but I did have an email back from the techie team to say that they were looking into your problem. Obviously they got it sorted. :)

    The whole site had that for about an hour yesterday. Not sure if it was related to the OPs problem or not, as theirs occurred way before that, :confused:

    both names are now being blocked
    on aol. can still get in through internet explorer
    it is really annoying
