Default RBS VisaDebit Paypal Charge

I know this was happening but I had been using my old solo card but finally it stopped working.

Any suprise, suprise paypal have charged me £1.25!!

Any help!

My understanding is its because paypals transactions are not processed in the UK.

It's because PayPal don't recognise the card as a debit card.

Looking at the paypal acc it seems its rbs who has charged.
