I need a few chice words please!

Hi all,
!st time Kuoni user & they let us down - driver booked through them 6 months ago to do the airport transfer as part of business class package failed to show due to Kuoni not making the booking. Only found out because we rang them 4 hours before pre-arranged collection time to confirm. Could have missed the flight if we hadn't used our initiative. Used my Dad in the end, not what we paid £5000 for!
Kuoni have not even acknowledged this - the travel agent have been phenominal & really pulled the stops out. I cannot praise them enough. , no call,no letter, no email....a big fat zero. No correspondance at all.
I need you to please advise me of a few choice (clean!) words to try & get them to give me some sort or recompense. I was thinking "your competition", "rivals", "repeat customer", "actions speak louder than words"........I do tend to waffle in letters of complaints so I'm trying to keep it simple but effective.

Ps - This was my husbands 1st week off in 4 years & at that cost with a company of this calibre, 1st expectations obviously were not that great.

What sort of recompense are you seeking? Your Dad's petrol costs?

Kuoni are very good with customer service, but you need to actually let them know that you are unhappy. They are not psychic! Just stick to the facts, they'll send you something to reflect the cost of the missed car journey.Gone ... or have I?0 -
A phrase that I like to use is "after having sought advice" it can mean anything but will infer that you have sought legal advice. Be clear about what it is that you want and quantify it. If you paid by credit card copy them in and let Kuoni know that you have done this as if you went to court the credit card company have equal liabiilty.0

Keep the complaint simple
1) What's happened
2) Why you're not happy with it
3) What you want done to resolve it (be specific).
3) Is the key as without being clear about what you want you're unlikely to resolve it your satisfaction
As you haven't used the company before they're unlikely to respond to mentions of using them again etc.0
