Default Barclays address

I can somebody please help, I have written my letter to claim financial hardship and claim my charges back but I dont know what address to send it to. Local branch or head office Leicester or London?

Please help

We got a letter today about our claim and it came from:

Retail Banking Customer Relations,
Barclays,
Leicester,
LE87 2BB

We sent to original letter recorded delivery to our branch though.

And remember to include notices of arrears and they have their own income and expenditure form as well.

Oh sorry, grabbed the wrong one.

I used the London one but also received a letter back from the one hoyles posted.

Just remember to pay the little extra so you can track the letter as proof.
