travelex and price promise

As most people know, travelex (http://www.travelex.co.uk/)locations are very convenient when travelling abroad for collecting money. However, I have found that an internet / london based company - http://www.thomasexchangeglobal.co.uk/ , offer consistantly higher rates than travelex.
get travelex to pricematch via their pricematch guarantee against thomasexchange to get the best rates and the best collection points!

I've been banging on about this for the past year or so, used this set up on many occaisions.
However remember getting a Nationwide Flex account will save you even more money."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0 -
Thomas Exchange Global offers great rates. Their shop in Victoria always have long queues stretching out into the street every lunchtime because of this. Their website is also very good and lets you compare their rates with the high street names so is very useful for comparisons. Highly recommended!0

Please beware!!!! I am blonde, female, and on diet!!!! So, technically, I can be excused from asking a silly question!
But, Thomas Exchange Global - just looked at their website and can not find anywhere to order forex. Does one have to venture into London or can one order online?
Can't find the 'order' link thats why I am asking!!:p:dance: "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0 -

Yep!!
think you can get Thomas Exchange Global to post at extra cost, but best to use them as the pricematch for Travelex

Just been reading the price promise on the Travelex website. Am I understanding it correctly?
1. Go to Travelex website. Order and pay for Forex.
2. Go to Thomas Exchange (or similiar) and get a quote.
3. Phone through or email details of both to Travelex.
4. Wait for refund?
Just want to make sure that I am doing this right. Could work out at about $100 that I could save. "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0 -

Spot on. However to be sure I would call Thomas Exchange first. Basically just email Travelex with your reference number and address and they will send you a cheque refunding you the difference."An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0 -

I ordered via travelex, then cut and pasted the rates from global exchange into an e-mail containing the web link. Include your address in the travelex e-mail (and order number) - they need it to send you the cheque
