Newbie questioning Martin's endorsement of another website?

It does say 'featured by' Martin & this website but as they are using Martin's image and the logo, is that allowed even without Martin's permission?

Is this a recommendation?
No. This is a new site, and it doesn't cover all of the UK yet. I want MoneySavers to try it and let me know what you think; on a subject as localised as this, real feedback is the most important.
