prescription charges, yesterdays thread

I hope no one minds me starting a new thread.

I got some very helpful advice on here yesterday about this thread
I started a new thread on the same subject, because I forgot to ask something, and didnt think anyone would look at my last question on the old thread thinking its resolved.
Basically, erroneously claimed free prescriptions for 9-10 months in 2006.
Wrote to counter fraud office at the time, got no reply.
Phoned them yesterday and was asked if I wanted to repay, I said yes.
They told me to ring primary health care trust which I did but could not get through.
As per advice on the linked thread above, I went to the CAB who told me to take no further action.

Trouble is, I forgot to tell the CAB that I had already phoned the counter fraud office, and the number on the green prescription charge.

My question is, do I need to go back to the CAB and tell them I made the phonecalls or should I let it lie.

I hope its ok to make another thread, as people may think the last one was resolved, but this question has just come up after my visit to the CAB today, and I would like to know if it makes a difference.

thanks

Have to agree, try to forget the matter.
[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that
