    They are no good to me my store must stock the product, they often send someone to check the shelves to be sure

    On the hot topic of the Pedigree vouchers (Thanks OP) which I eventually got after much determined signing up, checking e-mails etc, some people have reported fuzzy barcodes and chopped coupons. Mine are slightly chopped but the barcode (if I'm looking at the right thing) seems to be an encrypted pattern not the usual lines. Is this the barcode or has my barcode been chopped?? Does that make any sense?

    That is the unique PIN code, the barcode should be on the right hand side, under the picture of the product,and have the normal crisp :beer:straight lines with a barcode, starting with 991....typed below it

    Seems you have lost the barcode Jan. Luckily mine printed OK though not tried to use any yet so could still get refused for a non stocked item.

    hey my computers back - thanks m4rtin - i had tried that - nothing worked but went to do a coupon shop came back and bobs your uncle! made me realise it's time to do a back up disk. by the way yeo valley doesn't work when you click on it on the front page - it comes up with an 'oops link appears to be broken'

    as you may have noted Swan is checking if any mocs can be printed again and much to my delight I was able to print the carlsberg again using another email addy!!:j
