Like others have said, make sure you tick the checkbox. Sometimes it does it automatically and sometimes it doesnt. Very annoying!

Your guess is as good as mine. I applied for 2 chemists jobs, I've not heard anything from them, but they keep sending me daily emails with "We have these jobs in your area" ... and those 2 are listed.

I recently did my first job for ESA and I didn't get sent an email when the jobs were allocated to me - they just came up on the first page when I logged in and I had to "accept" them. I kept checking every so often to see if I'd been allocated them - think that's the best thing to do.

Anyone know where your jobs pending payment on ESA go?! They've gone from my allocated jobs as I've done them, but dont' appear on my pay history as I obviously haven't been paid for them. Just wanted to check I will get paid for them and check if the assignments have been given the okay.

I am still waiting for a catalogue payment from them too.

Maybe their local cash machine is broken so they can't pay us til it's fixed?

I've not been with RE for very long - are they usually so panicky about whether you intend to do assignments, or is it just me?

I had an email the other day asking me to confirm that I would be doing a restaurant that I had already chosen a date for. And today I've had an email and a phone call to check I did some other visits yesterday - I'm still within the 24 hour deadline so I'm not sure why they were worried. When I said that I had done the jobs and was inputting the reports now, the lady sounded relieved and grateful - perhaps lots of people are letting them down at the moment?

I have invested in a netbook now for mystery shopping purposes. I was fed up with having to rush home when i'd done jobs for Gap so I thought it would be worth it! Am excited to try it out on Tuesday now - got 8 jobs booked :eek:
Does anyone else carry a netbook about for mystery shopping?

I do occasionally if I've got a few time specific shops and I know I'll be waiting around. It's not bad for doing Gap reports but being honest others I'm as well waiting til I get home as using up dongle credit.

I think they just vanish until the appear on your pay history which appears around the time they pay you.

Same here. I did catalogues on the 4th and am anxiously waiting for my cash in the post. Everytime the postman dumps his stuff and its not got a St Albans postmark I am bitterly dissapointed for the rest of the day.:(
