Abbey have removed that clause from their website now guys......
Will be funny to see what they do with my appeal

But they have removed this. They then asked me to come to the branch and show them where it was.

Agreed, If you could imageshak this it would be great.
Abbey called me this morning, this has to be escalated up to level 2 complaints.
The branch couldn't do it so I had to! Anyway they said they FOS allow them 8 weeks however If I allow 4 weeks this should cover it :mad::mad::mad::mad:
