Talk talk are incompetent rip off merchants!

We have just had the worst possible experience with this company. We have had nothing but problems with them. It all started when we were charged £30 for a broadband service we never wanted. They then kept trying to charge us for it. We were constantly on the phone to them (ironic really) trying to sort this out and needed us to keep on ringing them until we thought it was resolved. During this process we decided to switch to Sky talk and now Talk Talk are trying to charge us a £70 fee!!!
We have made numerous payments to try and resolve this and now they just seemed to have decided to 'add' on an extra charge just for fun!!!
We would highly reccommend avoiding Talk Talk at all costs, literally!!!

Its not getting better now they have aquired tiscali rob,
i heard talk talk on monday marched in to tiscalis h/o in soho square london and sacked 3 top dogs within the 1st hour of deal going through!!
MARK MY WORDS it will be cutbacks left right and centre prices will rise,because no competition from tiscali,service will be worse!!
I just stick to mobile dongle from argos at 29 quid,cuts out mac codes ect far less hassle mate.0 -
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
