This is a problem already solved as you don't have to hold it all in 1 Cash ISA.
Example: If you have a (an?) HSBC ISA with 52k, you can just walk into Nationwide and say you want to just transfer 2k out into a new ISAOriginally Posted by Dr Cuckoo3

yep but its a pain to have ISAs in multiple accounts especially when you are trying to chase the best rates as well. Its bad enough for standard savings accounts but soon it will be for ISAs as well.0
