Thanks ukmonkey for the alert - unfortunatley, none that close to me but thanks anyway!

Just had a call from RE asking me to clarify one of my answers in a clothing retail store I did at the weekend - first time I've been asked to clarify anything and I think I babbled quite a bit on the phone!!! Ha ha. The woman was really nice though.

I applied for a phone job yesterday afternoon and it was approved within a few hours, but I've got others sitting in pending since last week! So I think it just depends.

Grrrrrrrrr I'm trying to fill in my Burger drive thru job this morning and it won't let me submit it as the time on my receipt is before the time I said I entered the shop (I imagine either the till or my clock is out).

I obviously can't change the time on the receipt as it's on the receipt!! But it won't let me go back and change the time I entered.

Anyone encountered this before?!

Change your times to fit in with the receipt (so you can submit the report) and add a bit in the comments section at the end to say what the times actually were.

EDIT: Ignore me, I didn't notice the bit where you said it wouldn't allow you to change the time you entered. Sorry! All I can suggest is fiddling around with changing either your own times or the receipt times and then explain in the comments what you've done and why.

Yeah that's what I've had to do. I feel a bit annoyed that I've had to do that - what I rubbish system! Had such a palavar tryign to get my receipt scanned in at work!!!! I had to use the scanning facility on the photocopier but as it was a receipt, it wasn't picking up the paper size and it was beeping and making loads of noise (I really didn't want to draw attention to myself doing non-work related things!) so I was getting flustered and ended up lifting up a tray on the photocopier and sent all of someones photocopying flying everywhere....

So I was scrabbling around picking all that up and in the end I had to photocopy my receipt onto A4 and scan it into the photocopier that way and program it to send it to my email address.

At least I'll know what to do for my MS at lunchtime today!!!! Ha ha ha.

I had this on my first one with them - I changed the time on the receipt (which was half an hour before I even entered the shop!) and then explained in the comments. They have a scanned copy of it, so it should be clear.

On another note, I just went to do a phone shop and the place wasn't there because of loads of building works being done to extend the next door tube station! I wandered around for a while thinking "I come past here everyday and have never seen this particular shop".

Should I just contact GAP via the "Enquiry" button at the top of the page and explain? Is that the protocol?
