Hi All

I need an email address for the CEO of Ticketmaster. This is the lost I have had before from here, but no TM on it http://www.connectotel.com/marcus/ceoemail.html

Basically, my freinds tickets for TT on friday havent turned up. They blame Royal Maill, RM, blame TM and she is getting no were fast. She has booked seated tickets and they say they cannot re issue tickets out as they say the gig is far to big

.

I know when I emailed BSB I got a response straight away and was hoping for the same response from TM.

Can't help with the address, but when my ticketmaster tickets didn't turn up and them & the post office blamed each other, I was told that so long as they were seated tickets then they could place new tickets at the box office. I presume you still have email confirmation (or can print off details) showing your booking and the seat numbers? If you do, it might even be worth ringing the venue directly to sort it out, and worrying about ticketmaster later. I had unseated tickets, and it took me 4 months of constant harassment to get my money back from ticketmaster.

I cant find anything in Google atall, Maybe he only uses a internal company email.

Thanks smartpicture and sporedude, She has said to TM, that she can go to the ground with the CC she bought tickets with, the letter of confirmation and her passport and a bill with her address on hit, but there having none of it. Some one at TM said they will call her after 1.30pm tomorrow after they have spoken to RM yet again. Its like they dont care and dont want to help.

Any advice is appriciated, so thank you.

If you call ticketmaster and ask them for their head office number? I'm sure head office would be able to point you in the right direction or get this sorted out for your friend.
