Terms and Conditions

1. A bill to be paid will be selected from all the bills registered at 5pm on the working day before the day that bill is announced.
2. The last chance to register bills will be at 5pm on the day before the last play of Pay Your Bills. The registration period will therefore be between Tuesday 5th of May and 5pm on Thursday 9th July 2009 for email registration and Tuesday 5th May and 5pm on Friday 3rd July for entry form registration.
3. Bills up to a value of �500 can be registered.
4. At least once a day Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm we�ll read out the name and a bill of someone who has registered.
5. If your name and bill is read out on Radio City you have 967 seconds to call the studio on 0151 472 0967 and speak to a member of Radio City staff. If you do not call or do not speak to a member of Radio City staff you do not win the money. Calls to any other Radio City phone number will not be selected.
6. If your name and bill are selected we will ask for a copy of the bill before paying out the money.
7. All entrants must be 16 years old or over.
8. You should allow 5 working days for written entry forms to be registered for selection and one hour for online forms to be registered.
9. There is a finite prize fund for Pay Your Bills and Radio City reserve the right to close the competition early if the fund is used up prior to the published end date of the competition.
10. Winners will be paid via cheque, directly from Bauer Media Ltd accounts in Peterborough. This process will take approximately 28 days from the date a listener wins on air.
11. Radio City reserves the right to amend the competition play criteria at any time without prior notification.
12. Radio City reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notification.
13. The winner may be required to participate in related publicity and may be required to provide the Promoter with photographs of themselves which it agrees the Promoter may use for marketing activities.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any damages or losses whether direct or indirect which any entrant may suffer as a result of failure by the Promoter to recognise, process or accept any bid including, but not limited to, access delays or interruptions, data non-delivery or mis-delivery, any acts of god, war or terrorism, breaches of security or unauthorised use of an entrant's mobile telephone or personal data arising from hacking and/or failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
15. Standard Bauer Radio and Radio City terms and conditions also apply.

sorry dont know when they will be calling out only just found out abotu this today but i will be listening till i have to go and do the school run

They say rosie will read out when winner announced though you would think they would make people listen all day for there listeners:rotfl:
and they are saying in there terms and conditions will ask for copy of Bill also
