Bought something online, paid in full can they now cancel?

Hi
I bought a Bosch washing machine from Bennetts Online. I paid in full with a Visa debit card and my account has since been debited.
However 2 days later they say the item is no longer in stock and they are refunding me in full or I can pay an extra £110! for a newer model.
Where do I stand on this, I thought once funds had been taken then a contract had been formed? Even if this is the case, do I have little hope of them supplying either the original machine or the newer model without the £110 charge?
Cheers

Most companies Terms and Conditions state that no contract is formed until actual despatch of the item. In the event they no longer have the item, they can refund or offer you another option but have no obligation to supply a more expensive item at their own expense.0
