SAR letter - what info will come back?

If I send a SAR letter to my 2 loan companies (GE money and Welcome Finance) what info will come back?

Reason im asking is because ive got charges to claim back and PPI, do i need to send the SAR request for the statements/list of charges AND the paperwork request letter for the PPI claim? or will it all come together in response to my SAR request?

If i do have to do the letters separatly, shall i put them in the same envelope and shall i include £10 or £20 cheque?

I know, I know, all these questions arent a good start, but once i get going, i'll be fine, its just starting tha ball rolling, i want to make sure i do it properly!

Thanks :D
