I just went to that site and entered in duff information, and it accepted it and then re-directed me to A+L website.

It screams SCAM to me!

If I was a customer, I'd be worried.
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂

Just checked mine and got the usual A&L website (with pretty picture) I didnt check the URL you gave just in case, but it certainly sounds dodgy. The .com-v.nu. bit looks very suspect as A&L are .co.uk

It does look like your computer may have been compromised. You probably know more about IT security than I do but have you tried a Trojan cleaner? I run one along side my anti virus/firewall and it is always picking up stuff the anti virus doesnt.

Another programme, free download from NatWest and probably others, is Rapport. You can get it from here

    http://www.natwest.com/global/security/security-centre/security-advice/protect-yourself/computer/rapport.ashx

To be on the safe site I would contact A&L Internet banking helpdesk 0844 800 11 44 and explained to them what happened, they may suggest changing all your log in details.
