Hi All
I put a item up for listing and only followed what ebay said descibe your item like this, 3 multiple quests on item listing so I did but I had no reserve and no starting bid of my own only what ebay started at that being 0.99.
I was a first time seller Plus I listed the item in the wrong catogory but why did ebay put the item on a buy now for 200.00 plus at the time it was active.
the last day the item was sold to my surprise i get email from buying say i just won your item and paid a direct payment of xxx pounds no where near what I wanted.
So emailed buyer took 2 days for response item not for sale he didn't email back so i got a bit worried went to resolution on paypal cancel transaction.
Gets email from paypal buyer declined to cancel case closed went to case details blah blah read through he wants goods that i aint sent and won't send if not recover goods from ebay and go down legal channels.
been 5 days now no email from buyer or dispute centre got email today from ebay con grat u sold your first item, so went to my ebay to cancel again wouldn't let me case closed help needed.

OK, I can't say I totally follow your post but I'll do my best.
Firstly, please forget any notion about ebay setting your start price, it was you and you alone that set it at 99p and if you set a start price that low you must be prepared for it to sell cheaply. if you had a price in mind below whih you would not sell then you should either tart at that price, say £25 or set a reserve. A reserve however can only be set at £50 and above and this does cost more.
Also forget ebay putting a BIN price on, again YOU did that and if you decided to set a £200 BIN then obviously it could go for that.
If I am reading this right you have a winning bidder at £200? If that is the case you can't now cancel the auction, it has finished and you have sold your item, you also cannot ask for more money.
No one can actually force you to sell and although we certainly have one or two people on here who alledgedly have taken sellers to court to enforce a sale, realistically this is rare to non existent and it is likely your buyer will just cause you problems, make a lot of noise and then eventually give up. However, the buyer remains able to leave you feedback and also make a complaint against you and if you ar enew to ebay as I suspect that might be enought to get you suspended. Even if you ar enot suspended a well worded neg for refusing a sale will almost certainly kill any hope you have of selling anything else. You have also incurred fees on the sale which you now owe ebay.
You have got yourself into a mess, it sounds like you needed to have used ebay a little more before deciding to go for a high end sale. However all you can do is try and get out of this with as much grace as possible. Grovel to the buyer, explain you are new and have made a terrible mistake and maybe they will walk away without making a complaint and leaving poor feedback.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Firstly, I'm guessing English isn't your first language, as your post was very difficult to understand!
Paypal aren't at fault here.
YOU set up the auction, the starting price, the BIN... As a first time seller, it is quite clear you have made a mistake here, and quite rightfully, your buyer is refusing to cancel as they obviously got a bargain!
A BIN doesn't just set itself. You must have typed in £200 at some point?
You have two options:
1) Accept you made a mistake, and send the item out. Don't forget to send it tracked, and have sufficient insurance should the item get lost/broken in transit.
2) Refund the buyer, then you will be issued with a strike for being a non-performing seller. Your buyer will no doubt leave you a negative too, which may scupper your chances of any further sales.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
