I have just completed a claim for for natwest,I am on benefits and unable to work due to disability.
I have arrears of approx 2,000(mortgage) and some fuel bills.
Do you know what consitutes as hardship? The customer service person was very helpful and also suggested that I mention that if I were successful to ask them to consider my 2 other claims.
Please help,with defination of hardship.Thanks

Financial Hardship is a very difficult thing to actually quantify as there is no one size fits all. From what you have stated on mortgage arrears alone, I suspect you will be getting an offer once the Income and Expenditure forms have been sent back. I could be wrong but my suspicion is that you will.0
