    Cooked very well so they are soft, smothered in gravy with some salad cream on them too - MMmmm :D

    I saw a recipe the other day where you cut them into quarters, stir fried, then added a grated apple and cooked until soft. Sounded rather nice. I think that I'd add a chopped onion as well.

    OH says that whenever I make anything it starts with an onion ! (Excepting the sweet things, of course)
