Escaped Hamster!! GOTCHA!!!!!

Caught it last night in the metal rat trap. Not looking too happy with himself just sat on the piece of kitchen roll I left him as a lure(I see youve eaten all the cookie crisp cereal also left for you you fat little thing)

Ive poured him back into his cage as he has been free for a week and a half I didnt want him to make a run for it. Ive secured his cage with a matal fastener.

My boys are SO relieved he is safe.

Thanks for all the ideas, this one was just too clever for home maqde lures and needed the heavy duty rat trap..lol.

Now do I return trap in true MSE style of do I keep it for if theres a next time???
