Not really "thanks to them" that you have a bank charge is it?

Not really "thanks to them" you didnt budget properly, plus the available balance would have been different to your main balance.

You could sue them on Judge Judy though

Why is it there fault, if YOU forgot about the transaction, thats like going in with the cash to pay for an item, and blaming them because you didnt have enough left over to buy the milk and tea.

Perhaps in future, if you're living on such a tight budget, it would be advisable to take out cash at the start of the week, and ONLY use cash? That way you don't run the risk of spending more money than you actually have.

Actually, they gave you a whole week of interest on money that wasn't even yours, so technically they were doing you a favour!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

 i did put it was my fault! Also the bank shouldn't have made the funds still be available!

In all honesty there is only pinkshoes post worth thanking for, i am going to do as you suggested and just use cash. We've been so careful not to incur bank charges anymore and then this happens, kind of like a kick in the teeth.

Nothing worse than getting a kick in the teeth from your own foot is there?
