does everyone use postcards? do you think it matters if you use envelopes lol?
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.
  • I always put postcards inside the envelopes. Nowdays, it is absolutely unsafe to let everybody know your details! You never know who can read them and what thoughts he might have in mind!

Id never, ever thought of that you know - im so in my own little world, you are so right snow bunny! x
Comping addict since 2007 - still waiting for 'the big one' :j
  • However the reason so many postals are postcard is because they don't have the hassle of opening envelopes. I'd say a fair proportion of the postcards-in-envelopes are just discarded without opening...
    2011: £30,000 on People's Postcode Lottery, Netbook, £35 voucher, 2x Xbox games

I wouldnt put them inside envelopes, only when it asks for plain paper entry i send envelopes away, it will say postcard or on a sealed envelope, i would imagaine they wouldnt want to open envelopes, unless of course they do all in one envelope, this is where they have a few comps that are on postcard and to save on stamps you can bung them all in a envelope.

There is a list on loquax that lists those companies that take and those that dont, you could easily be disqualifying yourself if you send to a company who wont do this.
  • Well, maybe. But I wouldn't put myself and my family in danger- have you seen programs about "Identity thefts"? Terrifying.
I love this forum and thank everybody who contributes to it!
