Terms & conditions
1. Once received all entries become the property of the Good Energy Shop.
2. The entrant accepts by submitting their entry, they are also subscribing to the Good Energy Shop e-Newsletter, which they can unsubscribe to at any time.
3. Entries must be submitted to via the Good Energy Shop website. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, lost or late entries.
4. The competition is open to all residents within the UK, excluding all employees within the Good Energy Group and immediate family members. The prize will only be installed on a property located within the UK mainland.
5. Entrants must supply their names, telephone number and email address.
6. Only one entry allowed per entrant.
7. All entries must be submitted by 31st of October 2008 to qualify for the prize draw which will take place on the 28th of November 2008.
8. The prize draw selection is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
9. The winner will be notified within 5 days after the draw date by e-mail. They will then be contacted by a micro-generation expert to evaluate their property to ensure it is suitable for Solar Thermal technology. If the evaluation confirms that the property is not suitable for Solar Thermal technology, it is within the Good Energy Shops discretion to decide whether the winner can transfer the prize to a friend or family member who does own a suitable property. If no suitable property is found, the Good energy Shop is under no obligation to offer an alternative prize.
