I really want to get a new laptop, but I know I can't justify it. This one just looks so tempting! It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.:A :A :AChocolate is the answer and I don't give a damn whatthe question is.;)0

Is the Fujitsu Tesco laptop for £279 any good or is it much better value to pay the extra £100?
Also is the Asda £279 Acer laptop better than the £279 Tesco one?
Any laptop experts thanks for any advice.0 -
Bought one of these on Saturday and am very happy with it :beer:0

I say this everytime an amilo is posted, but for the benefit of new posters Ill say it again...
Dont buy one. They are very very poor quality. From experience of myself and others (including the manager of the store that sold it to me in the first place) these are unreliable to say the least.
You get what you pay for and this really is a cheap laptop. If possible save a bit more and go for a Toshiba because this one will give you nightmares.0 -
When I was in my local store yesterday, they had double clubcard points when you buy a laptop. I don't know how long this will be on for though.0

This deal can get even better if you can find somone that works for Tesco (extra 10% off)
Has the £15 off £150/£100 code now run out?0 -

Firstly just over a year ago I bought my mum a Fujitsu laptop that was over £700 so they are not cheap secondly she's 69 years of age and hasn't had any NIGHTMARES as you call it with it.
As it is with the nature of life you will usually only hear bad things about an item and rarely people will say how good it is and for an example I paid £749 for a Sony TV that went wrong just over a month after I bought it so even the best can go wrong but with my laptop and surround sound I have from Sony that I've had for over a year haven't let me down.Always looking for a bargain and to help0 -
I have had my amilo for about 4 years or so now, and never had any problems with it, so I really don't know what nightmares you a re talking about.
