How to Ease the Squeeze:
To take part you will need to send us a copy of a food or fuel bill along with your name, address and telephone number.
Listen to win:
Each weekday from Monday 7th July to Friday 25th July, be listening just after the news at 8am, 9am, 3pm and 4pm.
If you hear Rob & Chrissie or Chris Marston call out your name and the amount on your bill, get ready.
You'll have just 15 minutes to call in to claim - and get that bill paid...by us!
If you don't call back in time, you'll miss out, so get all your family and friends listening so they can alert you if we choose your bill.
Only the bill sender can claim the prize.


By Post- You can post us a recent food or fuel bill (original or copy) to: Ease the Squeeze, Radio Broadland, 47-49 Colegate, Norwich, NR3 1DB. You must also include your name, address and a daytime contact number.
By Email - scan a copy of your bill and email it to [EMAIL="gary.stevens@gcapmedia.com"]gary.stevens@gcapmedia.com[/EMAIL]
If you scan you must include your name, address and phone number in the email to be eligible.
We must have received your bill by 3pm on Thursday 24th July to play along.
