    Pretty much the same here.
    I ordered my TV on Monday 28th November.
    Order confirmation and telphone call From Dell India withing thirty minutes.
    The funds were taken from my credit card on the Tuesday 29th November.
    My order was “Dispatched” on Monday 28th November.
    Delivery for 01 December then put back to the magic Friday 09th December.

    Stick together, wear them down, war of attrition etc..! Get the MSe to give them a call!
    Never ever pay full price for anything and question everything at least twice!

    I got mine, but it is faulty and getting through to someone who knows what to do RE replacements is like finding the exit of a very complicated maze! :(

    If they're gonna mess around this much I'm going to say forget it and they can come and collect the TV and give me a full refund!
