Yes, the judge will be issuing his decision on a number of initial legal issues, however it won't include a decision on whether the charges are fair or unfair. This news can not come to quick ! I have just won one case from the HSBC under the financial hardship claim , and got back the £789.00 in charges that they took from my account, im now fighting the yorkshire bank under the same condition , they have taken £565.00 from my joint account that my partner and I have . That was taken from Dec 08 to April 09. it would be so nice to see the millions of other bank customers get back there money to , and see an end to these unfair charges for good !0
