2. Enter online at www.chileanlegend.com. Closing date for ALL entries is September 30th 2009. Any other form of entry will not be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Concha y Toro UK, Journey Latin America, Weber and their associated companies, their respective families and agents or anyone directly connected with the prize draw.
4. The first prize is one trip for two people to Chile for ten nights including return economy flights between London Heathrow and Santiago, Chile, ten-nights tourist class accommodation (double or twin basis only), private internal transfers and breakfast daily.
No additional or ancillary costs (return UK transfers to London Heathrow, travel insurance, additional meals and spending money) are included. Upgrades are permitted at the winner’s expense.
5. Should you wish to prolong your stay in Chile, you can extend this itinerary at your own cost.
6. Travel is valid from 01/11/09 to 13/12/09, then 01/02/10 to 27/03/10 and 06/04/10 to 30/06/10. The holiday will be organised by Journey Latin America and travel dates are subject to availability of flights and accommodation. Once your holiday has been booked and confirmed, any amends will be at the expense of the winner.
7. You will be responsible for ensuring you have adequate travel insurance.
8. You must comply with and are responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for your destination.
9. Concha y Toro will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip. Journey Latin America’s standard terms and conditions of travel apply.
10. No cash alternative to any prize will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.
11. The winner will be the entrant whose correct entry is first selected at random by an independent person on or before 30th October 2009 and will be notified by post, email or telephone.
12. 10 runner-up prizes of a Weber One Touch Gold barbecue will be awarded to the next 10 correct entries selected at random by an independent person.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
