I have not used mine in ages and am just trying to find out if it has any benefits. I have one because they had a good 0% offer and I got quite a big credit limit.
My everyday card is Egg Money for the 1% cashback plus various instant cashback offers on the web.
Worth keeping the Virgin card or shall I have it cancelled?

Virgin is an MBNA administered card and they have a good track record for offering existing customers a 0% repeat deal.
I would keep it.0 -

I would keep it.
I have had repeat offers for 0% for 6 months but with an uncapped fee of 2.5% (or it could have been 3.5%?) which put me off as it's not really worth the hassle then as I don't have any debt and I would just be putting the cash in the bank and end up not gaining anything.0 -

Yes 6 months with a 2.5% uncapped fee isn't really worth it - they have been known to waive the fee before now though.0 -
I agree with Nick. I would keep your Virgin card for the time being, particularly as you've been handed a generous credit limit.
It's not as though you have an excessive number of credit cards at the mo. (I believe the national average is five.)People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
I only got the Virgin Credit Card for the benefit. 10% off Zavvi. 10% off Virgin holidays, 20% off Virgin Experience days and loads more. Check the website!0

I have an HSBC Mastercard. If I asked, would they offer me a 0% repeat deal?0

I don't think HSBC are particularly good on repeat deals but no harm in asking them.0 -
