• Prizes are as stated, they are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
• This competition is open to all residents of the UK except for employees, and agencies of Tropicana and Channel 4.
• You must be over 21 to enter this competition.
• Prize is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winner’s nearest international airport.
• Hotel is classed as a 4 Star Deluxe and is based on two adults sharing a Gansevoort Suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Meal at Per Se is based on two people enjoying the 9-course tasting menu with wine to complement your meal.
• Closing date for entries is midnight on 20th September 2009. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
• If the prize is not claimed by 30th October 2009, an alternative winner will be selected.
• Multiple entries will be counted as one.
