Valentine Prize Draw

1. The prize draw promoter is Hutchison 3G UK Limited ('3'), Star House, 20 Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, Berks, SL6 1EH.

2. The Draw will take place on 21/2/09. One winner will be announced. The winners will be selected at random from the Qualifying Entries under independent supervision.

3. To be eligible for entry you must be a resident in the UK and be 18 years old or over, the winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize.

4. This draw is not open to employees and their families of 3, its agents, contractors, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw. Further, 3 reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, at its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the promotion and any prize if awarded must be returned immediately.

5. To automatically qualify for entry, users must complete an entry form and had it into a 3Store staff member.

6. One entry per person.

7. The details for each of the prizes is as follows. Two nights in a centrally located 3* hotel, plus two return tickets on Eurostar. Destination must be Paris. Travel and accommodation up to the value of £500. No date restrictions apply.

8. The Prize Winner will be informed by 2/3/09 and provided with details of who to contact at Trailfinders in order to redeem their prize. Travel and accommodation will be arranged between the winner and Trailfinders acting as a Third Party. 3 is not responsible for any travel arrangements organised between the winner and the Third Party. 3 is only responsible for providing Prize Winner with Trailfinders contact.

9. The Prize is redeemable against Trailfinders products and services as described and paid direct to Trailfinders at any of Trailfinders UK travel centres. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of travellers cheques or foreign exchange. No change will be given if the Prize is tendered for purchases less than the full value of the Prize. Lost or stolen vouchers (Prize) will be replaced at a cost of £100 or 10% whichever is the greater. Prize is valid indefinitely. Prize will only be protected by ABTA when exchanged for travel arrangements at Trailfinders. Prize is not redeemable in Trailfinders Ireland or Australia travel centres.

10. Should 3 be unable to contact the winners by 6.3.09, the Prize Winner will forfeit their prize. 3 will take reasonable endeavours to contact the Prize Winner before this date (during working hours (9am to 5.30pm) on standard working days). The Judges' decision is final. The winners will be required to provide the following information to 3 (or the Third Party it nominates to issue and manage the prize) within 72 hours of being informed that they have won: full name, age, residential address.

11. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions and the Prize Winner agrees that the cost of and the responsibility for complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by the winners. Due to Third Party involvement, the prize may be subject to change. 3 reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative prizes of similar or greater value. Further, 3 reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prize). No communications will be entered into by 3 regarding this.


12. All Third Party terms and conditions, relating to vouchers, travel, accommodation, and delivery must be adhered to by the Prize Winner, and are beyond the control of 3.

13. This competition is free to enter and no purchase necessary.

14. Entrants agree that 3 may contact them from time to time with details of offers, Prize Draws and other marketing information and entrants may notify 3 if they do not wish to receive such information at any time you can opt out at My3 on your mobile or online at three.co.uk


15. The Prize Winner may be requested to participate in related publicity for 3, including his/her name and general location being used in any and all media.

16. Information that you supply when entering the promotion will be used only in accordance with our Web Privacy Policy (https://www.three.co.uk) and these terms. If you are a 3 customer, our use of such information will also be subject to our Privacy Notice contained in Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of 3 Services. 17. 3 cannot accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by post or otherwise. Under no circumstances will 3 (or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the Prize Draw or any prize connected with the draw excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage caused to the winner and/or companion arising out of this prize.

18. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these rule. 3 also reserves the right to amend competition terms at any time. These terms will be governed by English law.
