Banksmart And Tax Refunds Direct

Hi everyone
Has anyone heard of these people or dealt with them? I thought it was a legitimate deal but have received paper to sign this morning asking for bank details etc.
Any info would be great as I don't know what to do. They haven't actually asked for any money but they will take a % if there is anything to claim. And they have told me to ignore any offers from my bank should they make any.
It all seems a bit odd to me.

Are you looking for a tax refund or reclaiming bank charges?

If it's a tax refund don't pay any company to do it for you. Phone HMRC and they will do it for nothing if you are due a tax refund.

This is to do with tax credits for the year 2002-2003
